none. if you want to make true money think of where there is a lack of talent for the industry YOU are talented in.

Not sure what kind of job you want but let say you are into finance, you wont go to New york, the financial capital of the world where all the great financial wiz are and finding a job is almost impossible, you'll go to let say a city in the west coast (seattle, san fran, portland) where the financial industry is not that big so the demand for jobs is higher cause everyone is leaving those places to go to new york.

of if you are a very talented actress, you wont go to LA where all the actresses are taking up waitering jobs, you'll go to mid america and become very famous in the local scene and once you accomplish yourself move to LA or new york or wherever and it'll be very very easy to find a job and make it big.

once again i am not sure what job you are looking into and it would be a lot helpful if i knew.

also all the places you mentioned have a high cost of living (when I was living in honolulu I was spending $3200 a month on a studio apartment, its crazy) and i was making just a little more than what iw ould have been making in a cheaper city but the cost of living in the end made it impossible for me to live therem plus my job transfered me back to the main land (thank god!)

try shifting to at least some thing slightly out of the city and commuting fatter to artwork.. ought to correctly be able to save this way. I agree, area is the biggest decision to make even as it is composed of your destiny. only cant get it performed in a small city.

depends on your field, but i have lived in three of those and i'd have to say LA. people are sooo open to new ideas and there is so much money to throw around. people are a little more skeptical in the other places but LA is more open and fresh.
good luck
