If your kicker actually kicks the football, unless there is a defensive penalty on the play, thats the only attempt you get... If you line up for a Field Goal on 1st down, and there is a bad snap and your team just falls on it, you can re-lineup and try it again...

It depends. If you attempt the field goal, get the kick off and miss, it is a turnover and possession changes.
If you attempt the field goal and fake it unsuccessfully it is 2nd down and you can try again.
If you attempt a field goal and there is a bad snap, or it is otherwise mishandled before the actual kick is attempted, it will be 2nd down and you can try again.

Once you kick the football, that's it. Unless there's a penalty, you don't get a second kick.
