10 degree F this is < 0 C so < 10 C
using F = 9/5C + 32
F = 10 means
9/5 C = 10-32 = -22
C = -22 *5/9 -ve

10 ° F is colder than 10 ° C . Because 32 ° F is equal to 0 °C. The conversion formula is C= F-32 *(5/9). And F= C *9/5 + 32. For instance 10 ° C = 10*9/5 +32 = 50 ° F.
Therefore 10°C is equal to 50 ° F. At 10 ° F the water will be ice. But at 10 ° C the water will be only cold water.

Water freezes at 0°C or 32°F. So........... 10°C is ABOVE freezing point where as 10°F is BELOW freezing point.
Therefore 10°F is colder.

Ok, 10 degrees celcius = 50 degrees farenheit
So, 10 degrees farenheit would be colder.
I suggest you download CONVERT at this URL:
http://www.joshmadison.com/software
Go to the software tab and download CONVERT...its the best conversion program I have ever saw, and I have been using it since the 90s...

Hello,
10degree's F is Definately colder than 10degrees C. Why? if you take a look at any mercury type thermometer you will quickly see that 10degree's C is equal to 50degree's F.
Therefore 10degree's F is way below freezing!!
**for example 20 degrees C = 68degrees F (just nice).

To convert Fahrenheit into Celsius you use the formula:
(5/9)*(Tf-32);
=> (5/9)*(10-32)
=> (5/9)*(-22)
=> -12.222°C.
So -12.222°C = 10°F < 10 °C so 10 °C is colder.
