I had a one night stand with a page 3 girl a few years ago, she's also done a few adult magazines too which made things interesting.
I had a easier way in because she knows my sister but there wasn't a plan of attack like your looking for.
I didn't mention here work, just chatted about the usual stuff, paid her compliments as she's used to hearing how good she looks but just made it all down to earth.
I wasn't too pushy and full on, she's probably used to guys coming on really strong or with the crappy chat lines.
Just be yourself, don't put them on a pedestal, make her feel comfortable talking to a genuine and honest guy.
