Try Manuka Honey. It rocks. Its far better than the usual stuff and even smells slightly medicinal, but in a good way I think. You can eat it on toast or mixed in a hot drink or just eat a spoonful of it. Its also fab for treating burns and bites and stuff. Just layer a bit on and leave it. I used it for spots and blemishes a few years back and it worked a treat. I'd recommend Comvita's Manuka Honey which you get in health food shops. Its tasty yum yum!

Eating at least a teaspoon of honey actually kills mostly the harmful bacteria in your mouth. Heck, saliva alone cant do the job..

hai,i think honey with tulsi helps to relieve cough and cold.but i don't know if it can help in any other way..honey can be taken with lemon in lukewarm water for reducing weight but it may be only water from the body..

read in a mag that a teaspoon of honey with fresh lemon juice and hot water as your first drink of the day and on a empty stomach helps you go to the toilet i tried it and yes it dose work
