A rare Willie Nelson album.....?

Willie Nelson came out with an album ten years or so ago. One of the songs in it included "There you are," and a song about an indian man heading home from hunting and smelling his village burning before he reaches home.

Do you happen to know the name of this album? More importantly do you know where I can purchase this album? I can't tell you how much this information would mean to me.

The album is called "Horse Called Music". You can buy it from Amazon.
