55-75gal tank is the bare minimum accomodation regardless of how small the oscar is when you get it. They grow a 12"+ and grow fast. Common plecos get fairly large too. Instead of considering adding fish, you need to trade in the fish you have for something suited for a 20gal...or upgrade to a 75gal (those three fish will do nicely in a 75gal).
Assuming you upgrade, it will be a challenge to keep compatible tank mates, other than plecos, with an oscar (since they can be aggressive). A compatible tank mate would be another type of aggressive cichlid (one that wouldn't kill the oscar and vice versa).

Unfortunately a 20 gallon tank is not enough for either of those fish, even alone. The Oscar would grow to over a foot long given a chance and will reach 8" or so in its first year alone, and the result of keeping them in this small tank would be stunted growth and life. Pleco's grow much bigger then Oscars, but at least they grow much slower. Do some research on fish before buying them and the result will be healthy fish and a healthy tank.

None!.... Oscars are dirty fish. You shouldn't go by the 1 inch of fully grown fish per gallon of tank. I have a 55 gallon tank with two of them in there and I have to do maintenance on the tank 2 times a month. They eat a lot and anything else small you put in there they will eat.

I agree, no more fish! You are extremely overstocked. An oscar and ONE plec is suitable to a 55g tank that is very well filtered and maintained. Both these fish are heavy waste producers. If you plan to keep these fish in a 20g you need to do water changes daily. You will need to upgrade your tank asap.

Nope, all 3 of those fish get way to big to keep in a 20 gallon, i'd say a 55 is the bare minumum for them.

You have more than what a 20 gallon can handle...invest in a good filter now.
