Hi all, new to blogging and was wondering what are the best sites / resources for publicising my blog. Tried a yahoo search for blog listings and blog publicity but does not bring up any good searches. Any suggestions greatfully received - Thanks.

The best way is to tell your friends and join message boards that allow you to add a website to your profile. Put a link in a yahoo 360 or myspace or similar site. Before you know it, google and yahoo and MSN will be all over it and if you post enough content, you will start getting visitors that stumble upon it by searching for words within your blog.

I had a myspace blog, but I found it a bit shallow, but that's only my opinion.

I would sugest sites such as Bebo, Myspace and Freewebs. You could also try http://www.clickthru.com/. For surfing other people's sites, you earn points where you can buy page view. Tell your friends and get free pageviews, and your blog should be popular in no time.
