From your Question it is clear that you have been investigated and treated for infertility But few things should be known so that an appropriate answer can be offered.
I what is your age
2. How big were the cysts removed from ovaries?
3. whether your fallopian tubes are patent or not?
4. Is the sperm count of your husband normal?
5. you are ovulating normally or not?
If your are in your thirties or less , if the cysts which were removed were of very small sizes and ovarian tissue remaining is normal, your tubes are patent and your husband's sperm count is normal and you are ovulating normally then following things can help
I .Vagetarian diet for both partners
2. No smoking by you or your husband
3. No alcohol consumption by both partners
4. use of loose and cotton Undergarments by husband
5. Husband should not use very hot water to take bath
6. come in contact with your husband between 7-10 days after periods stop.
7. Yoga and meditation by both partners
These natural methods will definately help.

I would recommend a Nature-path and herbalist.
May be expensive but they are very good at helping people with these things.
Talk to a fertility clinic as well for alternative methods.
With your problem it is a reoccurring problem and painful and if not treated properly can scar the tubes leaving you infertile for ever.
Thought about I.V.F were you save some eggs and then later try this program when your ready for a family also a money spender but does work.
Have you looked a natural remedies in a health shop.
Talk to someone there and explain your situation.

The only thing I can say is drink plenty of water for your cysts and keep away from acid food or drinks.
Keep you kidneys flushed daily by drinking 6 glasses of water per day.
Surgery is another option but sadly this mean no kids..
sorry not much help but here is some advice.
Best of luck

There is a special diet to increase fertility but dont know it. Try a naturopath. I know both male & female need to follow it & it includes no alcohol
