i bought my daughter 4 weeks ago a sony ericson w810i mobile phone. it as frozen and we cant do nothing with it. we are taking it back after my daughter as finnished college.has anyone else had this problem im not happy with it you would expect it to be ok. thanks

i and several Friends have Sony Ericsson's phones and have had no trouble.. yours is a one off or your daughter may have had a virus bluetoothed to her.
Sony quality control is very good.. exchange it for another one, and it will be fine.. merry Christmas

frozen? never heard of it. Sony Ericsson h/phs are reliable; yours must be a one-off Sorry Ericsson

Very rare for SE to go wrong. Get it replaced or repaired for free.

You can get cheap new phones from here. They are part of the carphonewarehouse group and very cheap.

could just be a rogue phone. very unusual for a sony ericsson to be faulty.

have you tried wiping the sim card and rebooting the phone ie switching it off and on.
