The police pull over my friend because they belive he has A traffic warrent.( small town ,you know the drill) anyway he does they arrestn him, the passanger in the car is A licensed and insured driver,when they serched him they didnt find any thing wrong,neither one has A feloney reacord,do two male officers have the right to serch her?

They should be able to. They obviously can't perform a strip-search (in fact, since it's on the street, they can't to the guy, either.)

And they can't search the car from the inside unless they see something inside the car from the outside, or if anybody who was in the car has something on them.

From South Central Washington Paralegal, If there is an arrest or detainment in a multiple occupied vehicle the police have the right to not only search and demand I.D. from each occupant (sex notwithstanding) but to confiscate the vehicle, and detain all involved for national fingerprint identity checks.... you were lucky. Ain't todays "freedom" amazing?

what makes you think they can't say I thought he had a gun or she was acting very strangely in a violent way.. it makes no difference as they can do pretty much anything they want to...
