Where can I fins transfer paper? I mean in what kind of shops or places.?

Its in the same area as special photo papers.

Most art supply stores carry it, like Michaels and Hobby Lobby and the small shops. Depending on how you are using it, you can also make your own by rubbing a graphite pencil on the back of a sheet of paper.
