Use pure essential oils, bought at a health store or pharmacy, mix the following together and rub on your tummy and back daily:
30ml base oil (like almond oil)
5 drops lavender oil
10 drops peppermint oil
10 drops nutmeg oil
5 drops cypress oil
Before you sleep, you can mix 5 drops lavender, 5 drops rose (expensive oil) and 5 drops ylang-ylang with 30 ml base oil, this really relaxes you.
Drink chamomile and peppermint teas. Drink lots of water and eat enought fibre because constipation can contribute to menstrual pain. Learn to embrace pain, this sounds strange, but try to go with it. And smile and laugh, have an army of jokes ready because laughter really is the best medicine. Meditate. Think positive. Pray. Listen to relaxing music- I like cello music. All this will make the period experience positive and makes pain easier to deal with.
Also go with the others' advice like hot water bottle. You get adhesive heat pads that you can wear discreetly under your clothes but I don't know how much they cost.

Go and try Pon-Stan which is a over the counter medicine from a chemist.
Or you can try evening primrose oil capsules which is very good for menstrual cycles.
you can buy these at supermarkets and the chemist.
Other wise I have been told having sex in a shower with your partner eases the discomfort as it release the eggs and blood from the uterus letting the pressure ease off.Doesn't appeal to many but it works...oops,"embarrassed''mm-mm
Or
hot pacs,
lavender oil rub on your tummy,
warm baths,
massages even help..
best of luck..
If you are young or under age and you aren't sexual talk to you mum as I am sure she will be able to assist you as she has been there,I am sure.
Talk to a herbalist or a health food store.they could recommend you something i am sure.
Oh the best remedied I just thought of is the pill.
God send..But that's a choice only you can make.
Best of luck hun

The best thing that i can suggest is taking evening primrose or st john's wart, these are natural remedies. and are available at any health shop, mind you these won't work straight away, but will help in the long run by soothing your aches.
Also hot water bottle and rest and loads of sleep.
Hope this helps I'm a text book case for all the symptoms.

I know you said without medicines ... but if it's THAT bad, you may want to look into going on the pill. The pill will regulate you and make your cramps a LOT less intense (usually). It should also shorten the length of your period, which is never a bad thing either!

Also, drink a cup of hot cocoa with milk to calm yourself down, then proceed to put a hot water bottle to your tummy...
And a hug for you!!! Hope that cramp goes away!!

mild exercise works.
But if you really want relief, you need to take an anti-inflammatory, such as advil.
