I haven't been able to get them on the phone since Friday and now there's just a message saying the service is unavailable! Anyone know what's going on? Is it just that their computers are down or have they all gassed themselves in a freak accident?

If you aren't getting anywhere when you telephone the CSA I suggest you take a look at their website and see who is the director for your region...and then email them directly!

eg..in Yorkshire and Northern Ireland we have Barney McGaghan his email is

barney.mcgaghan@dwp.gsi.gov.uk

all the others follow the same pattern....

best of British!!

Was the CSA ever functioning even when it was allegedly up and running? I can't help you as to why they aren't answering the phones but one consolation is that whenever you speak to them, they lie to you anyway so at least you don't have any false hopes for receiving maintenance.

Seems you'd better pick a partner with a conscience, because if they want to get the CSA involved it'll be a rough ride. See below.

Well, one could hope that they've been attacked by a bunch of zombies. Would be a step up in IQ in my opinion....ah, a NCP's dream.
Okay, what state and what county?
