A blog is like a diary that people write in online and let others read. People write their thoughts in there or talk about things that are going on in their life etc. Some people use blogs to promote a particular cause or to have their opinions heard. Guests who read the blog can usually write comments there too.

It's like a website, but it's updated on a daily basis, and it shows all the information that can not be allowed to be shown by official media. Mostly it's created by young men who are devoted to an issue.

Sort like an online diary. Try blogger.com and see what you can do on them. Its basically a person (and sometimes companies) who logs in a sort of diary on what they do or what they are thinking about. Web-log, got shortened to b-log, blog....
Some people blog for a hobby, while other people blog and make good money from it..
