no, unless you delete them right away, they become part of the public domain,
just like if you put an ad in the newspaper, you can't delete what is already yesterday's news,
the only other way is if it's reported for violation

You can delete your asked questions before you resolve them. After resolving I believe they can be deleted only if voilated.

i dont think you can once the questions are resolved.
and if you do delete an unresolved / open answer you lose the two points you got for answering it
you can delete questions and answers only if they are still open

when you delete a question the answers are deleted as well.
