Those who say he is doing a great job must be hiding away somewhere. The country is a disgrace. it is even reported today that taxes have risen by nine thousand pounds since he has held office!!
He crows he has improved the NHS but has just poured more money in whilst common treatments and drugs are now routinely refused. Doctors and nurses are being sacked. The private finance deals tie governments to paying the private sector over the odds payments for years to come!
But it is the incorrect use of the civil service, replacing civil servants with paid cronies, the political pressures applied to the BBC, the press, even the police. Politicians on the fiddle are let off whilst the ordinary man is sent to prison for the same offence!
Honours for sale and all the rest of the fiddles. The lies over the need to go into Iraq and all the fiddles around what the attorney gen said etc.
Sadly all those supporters of Blair will only see the truth after he has gone, when the truth will come out and we all find what most people already suspect - that this has been the most corrupt government the country has ever had!

I think that Tony Blair is a Statesman and a great politican and that he will be recorded in history as such, I was born before the Second World War, I have seen them all come and go and will tell you, that you have no idea which side your bread is buttered.
I use the NHS and I find the service highly satisfactory, what Blunkett and Prescott do in their private lives is none of your business, no more than yours is mine.
..... and if you think I am going to buy that Tony Blair got out of bed one morning and said to himself "I know, I'll attack Iraq" you are deluding yourself.

One answer said the economy was in good condition. The reason may be that we are the most heavily taxed people anywhere. In any case, Gordon Brown would appear to be responsible, not Blair. I don't think we should judge Blair himself, but the Labour Government as a whole, which has supported him. My own feelings ?? - come back Maggie!!

I don't know who thinks he made a good job I never met one, but I know about 50 million who think he made a very bad job.
He has done everything you say and worse but will end up with a Knighthood and write a book, do lecture tours in the USA for 500k per speech.
There is no justice in this world.- sadly. It make us all so cynical.

A great leader is one who can make the tough decisions, even when it makes him less popular. PM Blair knew he was making decisions that would earn him less votes, but he was brave enough to do what needed to be done to fight the international battle against terrorism.

That all may be true, but I think the Labour party may miss him once he's gone. If Labour would have him I think he could go on beating the Tories indefinitely.

Wow, do you want to be completely biased or put in the opposing argument?
Seeing that you've already made up your mind and that theres little to say that might even get you to glance in the right direction, I'll just answer your crappy, cliché question with a:
YES

As an outsider looking in, yeh, I would say so. I bet if my parents returned back to the UK it would be utterly unrecognizable. It's gone from bad to worse. Especially with uncontrollable immigration.
