U hav harmed yorself for sure.But not too late to avoid pregnacy.Firstly this is a critical problem.U need to take advise of a well LADY doctor.Also u can do one thing if u feel shy u can go to nearest HIV/AIIDS center n they r best.For eg:STAR INDIA HIV/AIDS programme(If u r indian),etc...
Som times it depends on how long u had sex.Like if u had a long sex u r definitely in trouble and need to rush to doctor or HIV/AIDS center.But if u go now u will definitely avoid pregnacy.
But in som cases it is not avoidable.The people at the HIV center or Doctors will check u on the basis of under what conditions u had sex.
Also taking pills without consultation is really drastic.PLEASE take pills only after check up n that too u check up within 12 hours.
So be bold, don't shy,or fear.
Better go now than it's too late.

By not having sex! There's nothing you can do now besides the morning after pill, and I don't know where or when that will be avaiable without going to your obgyn for it. You sound A LOT younger than 20?????? Stop being stupid if you don't want to get pregnant!

The morning after pill is effecive up to 72 hours after intercourse. Depending on where you live you can get it over the counter in the pharmacy or by prescription from your gp. Check this out www.morningafterpill.org

Take home pregnancy test . If results came positive then consult a good gync . If result came negative then no question to worry

i would get the "morning after" pill.
but it is not 100 percent on preventing pregnancy but i would give a try. good luck.

There are pills available which u can use or else u can avoid danger period and have sex without condoms.

Try Nor Levo the morning after pills. I think you can take them upto 48hrs after.
