Quite confusing but Ghana doesn't have such naming system.It is named as East airport road or airport residencial. there's nothing like 1149.In Ghana,we have Avenues,south,east,west and other naming system for our streets but nothing in numbers like what you have.Ghanaians also name some locations after the embassies present in that location.we have Russia,Liberia,Israel in Achimota and etc.I just don't hope that a Ghanaian is scamming you.If you are trying to find a location,contact me and i may be helpful.

Well, that 00233 is actually the beginning of Ghana's dialing code (from US) it would be for example 011 233 21 (Accra code) then the phone number. If I recall, there IS a small kind of bed and breakfast on Airport Rd. There are street names for some of the streets, but not numbers like that, sometimes there is a house number. You see, we don't have door to door mail delivery, so never a real need for house numbers.
