I've been reviewing my DVDs of 21 Jump Street again (true Depp fan), and I note that over and over the kids that cause the most trouble are really very smart. What do you suppose makes them act so bad when they are capable of so much more?

Because they are bored, and they haven't learned how to channel their intelligence into something constructive.Gifted programs are all very nice, but I think kids need to learn how to take the initiative--start their own band, their own dramatic troupe, organize assistance for the homeless in their area.
