Just for today could we reach out to someone we maybe usually wouldn't even to just say hello? we never know what is going on in someone's life at any given moment and just a hi can be encouragement to someone reaching the end of their rope it may just give them the strength to tie a knot and hang on.

I always try to do good.. not because its the right thing .. but but because thats the way my parents raised me.. Always help someone in need no matter how big or small the help they need may be.. if their problem is bigger than you can handle .. then the two of you can chip away at it a little at a time..if it seems to small.. its most likely not .. cause what seems small to you may be more than the other person can stand or bare. its always good to hear hi from someone you dont know I agree always makes me smile when I hear it plus it makes you feel noticed.. Iagree with the asker here we all should make someone feel noticed everyday and not just on Y/A! Good things that are given no matter how small or unimportant they may seem at the time will always come back to you ... in some way or another if nothing else just the feeling of laying your head down at night knowing you did all you could is good enough. and on a lighter side.. Im have no rope to get to the end of . Im chained to the floor.. so it would be the end of my chain.. Damn looney houses.. they just dont trust me ..

Yes and I do that daily in my life. It's best too. Many times we don't realize that may or could be the last time we ever see or talk to that person..

I'm kind to everyone...Today I'm going shopping i will smile say hello and make eye contact with strangers, will see how many smile back at least...I do this all the time....
