Maybe I'm getting old but it seems that MySpace is over-rated, but I will say this, its the only site where you can see a profile for Jesus and McDonald's Hashbrowns.

if you do not like it ,close your account
and never go back to that site
there are a lot of other good sites to make friends
try bluedot.com it has a really interesting concept
or friendfinder.com
the reason so many people complain about myspace is that it is no longer new
the novelty has worn off
it is just another site now
myspace hasn't changed,but the public perception has

I think Myspace is very overrated. Pretty much everyone on there uses it as a online dating service. Then you got this kids who look like they are 12 claiming to be 20. Then they have way to many ads and the videos you post never seem to work right. I have DSL internet and even some of the profiles take forever to come up. I'm sure in a month there will be something new, there always is.

Of course it's overrated... It's just a collection of blogs and homepages that everybody seems to be writing, yet nobody seems to be reading... Eventually the novelty will wear off :)
