Without contraception (and even sometimes with) it's ALWAYS possible to get pregnant.

Unfortunately, sperm can live up to five days inside a woman who has had intercourse. The best thing to do is to go to a physician and ask for the "morning after pill" within 72 hours of having unprotected intercourse, which will help you to not conceive.

If it's too late for that, buy a pregnancy test kit at a pharmacy, follow the instructions and test yourself. Do it in a public washroom if you don't want anyone to know because if you throw the used kit in your trash, someone may find it.

If you are pregnant according to the test, go to your doctor again and talk about alternatives available to you. Above all, don't worry so much that you make yourself sick. Sometimes intense stress can delay your period for weeks and cause you all sorts of unecessary fright and anxiety.
