It means he's working so hard to make her happy he's worth a deuce or a double...she should either do him twice that night or invite one of her friends so he can have TWO girls hence, a "deuce".

It's a poker term. A deuce is the smallest hand, so not worth a deuce means lowest of the low.

Given the lyrics, it sounds mildly complimentary... but not much... kinda hard to decipher... KISS wasn't known for their lyrics... in fact, they generally suck at their writing... but they succeeded in selling the product they were best at providing: flashy, memorable, incredibly entertaining concerts. Saw them a couple years ago, and despite their age, they were still the best show I've ever seen. The lyrics are below... maybe others could shed more light on them
