Do you seriously expect someone to pick between the 3 people they love the most? This question is very morbid.

Now lets look at the possibilities according to your question:
1. 'Save the mother and husband / wife' ... you can always make another child
2. 'Save the mother and child' ... you can always get another husband
3. 'Save the husband / wife and child' ... mother has already lived (shes had a husband a child and a grandchild) & you can adopt the mother-inlaw as your mother
There are a few unknown variables that could help us make a more calculated decision like...is it a boat/drowning accident & is everyone insured, for how much & are you the benificiary & how old is this child...50? & who do you hate most?...
Heres a scenario for you to chew on...save the mother and the child because mother can babysit the child while the husband/wife spend the million dollar insurance money looking for their next victim.
