Are you taking any medicines? Cold, allergy, and flu medications can cause these symptoms.
If not...
Does the smell of smoke and/or alcohol make you MORE nauseated? Is your urine dark and your stool light? Are you exhausted? Are the whites of your eyes yellow? Is your skin becoming sallow or yellow? If you have these symptoms you could have hepatitis. Get to a DR. quickly, and remember it's contagious.
If not...
Did you miss a period? Do you feel "full" like before a heavy period but without the heavy cramps? Do you wake up hungry then quickly progress to nausea and even vomiting? Did you have unprotected sex in the middle of your cycle? Is your "mood" very different than you are used to? You could be pregnant. Folic Acid, (Vitamin B1) will help with the nausea. Sometimes a saltine cracker first thing AM will help with the morning sickness. Get to a DR. or WIC or planned parenthood and ask for a pregnancy test and/or prenatal care.
If Not...
Diabetes or Hypoglycemia:
Are you eating enough? Do your symptoms seem to come and go around meals and snacks?
Diabetes only:
Do you smell a fruity scent around you or when you urinate? Do you get yeast infections easily? Do you heal small sores slowly?
You could have a disturbance in your blood sugar, such as hypoglycemia or diabetes. Get to a DR. for a glycemic index test. In the mean time, try to eat balanced small meals every 2 hours, and drink LOTS of water.
Regular every 2 hrs. balanced meal:
1/2 oz protein
[half a hard boiled egg size, any kind of protein]1/2 cup fresh fruit or vegetable
[if fresh veggies, you can have as much as you want anytime.]
1/2 slice of bread or equivalent of starch or cereal
1/2 Cup of low fat milk
ONLY 1 tsp. of your choice of 1 of these: [butter, margarine, peanut or olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, or cheese]
This is just a BARE MINIMUM of a check for your symptoms, and I can't even ask you the important questions or see you for other signs or symptoms. SEE A DR. if you're symptoms don't improve, or if you're not better in 3 weeks.
Good Luck : )

Low blood pressure (which is common in young women and nothing you can do for it except get up slowly), pregnant? If it last longer than three days go to the doctor or clinic.
