i feel like somebody touching me(massaging me) on reality
when i wake up they escape . to be honest it happens very often .i wake up from fear

Be very careful as to depict them as angels.
Rather go to God and ask Him for the source of this dream. Satan masquareds [spelt correctly?] as angel of light, fooling people into believing that he is friend rather than foe. Being dressed in white does not siply mean that they are angels. Angels who do not confess that Jesus is Christ and that God is the only God, are definetly evil in origin.
How do they make you feel? Do you feel scared in presence? Do you depict even the slightest hint of fear? If so, command them to go int he Name of Jesus [if off course you know Him and have a relationship with Him] and have nothing to do with them.

Possibly look into some books about dreams and what different figure symbolize in them, or better yet look around on the net. I think that white represents innocence or something along those lines though..........
