I loved God of War and the Kingdom Hearts Series, anything else which is just as good as, if not better, than them?

+Kingdom Hearts I and II-they quickly captured my heart and have become my two favorite games.
+Final Fantasy X-A masterpiece game brought to us again by Square-Enix.
+Dark Cloud 2-A wonderful RPG game with a breathtaking story and soundtrack...and even after 70 hours you find a second half of the game.
+Harvest Moon-very addicitve farm RPG
+.hack series-its unique and original and is a simulation of a MMMORPG

i admire RPGs too! the latest very final myth, XII, is extraordinary. yet once you purely have been given a PS2, you proabaly have not performed the older ones, so i'm going to make a itemizing for you. very final myth X and X-2 dark Cloud 2 Wild hands 3 and four Kingdom Hearts a million and a couple of megastar Ocean - 'Til the top of Time (and that i propose getting a instruction manual for this one, the maps could be complicated!) yet in addition, i might purchase FFXII, as a results of fact with all the sidequests, it will be ordinary to play a hundred hours or extra in this one! have relaxing!

The Final Fantasy games are amazing, especially X. X-2 is a little girly but the clothing grids are similar to the jobs implemented with earlier games. Unless you have a ton of free time I wouldn't recommend Final Fantasy XI. One of my favorites would Xenosaga/Xenogears. If you try those all and love them, I would also suggest DragonQuest VIII. Definately try FF and Xenosaga since you liked Kingdom Hearts. I've not personally played it, but I hear Star Ocean is amazing also. The only thing by Square Enix you'll want to stay away from is SaGa games like Romancing SaGa. The open ended RPGs are at times very frustrating!

If you liked God of War and Kingdom Hearts, I would recommend Radiata Stories. It's an action-type RPG like Kingdom Hearts, with a good story and over 150 characters that you can recruit to join you on your journeys.

Although Final Fantasy pretty much dominates the RPG genre, you should definitely check out (rent, or whatever you want to do) Shadow Hearts: Covenant. It's a good game with humor and is often overlooked. But if turned-based isn't your thing, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time may be another choice. There are many out there that I have yet to try out, so I'm kinda in your position. :P

Final Fantasy XII!
The battle system is much more innovative, the BG are very niceley done, the story is deep and the characters are very well-drawn!!
If you liked Kingdom Hearts, you should definitely get FFXII (if you want a really deep RPG) or FFX-2 (for fun)

In my personal opinion Final Fantasy 12 is. Ive never played a RPG (not even a FF on any PS as good as this one)
