anti-static and gives a decent
look.

They are available in various
designs to suit your wall colors.

They are cheap. The cost may
vary from Rs.10/- to 15/- Per Sq.Ft.

The laying charges are also not
much. It costs Rs.5/ to 6/- psqft.

It takes very little time and lessor
hastles to fix them.

For a 1000 sft flooring, it will just
take one and half day.

Best & cheap will not go together......
Do any flooring based on some concept, basis...
Never fix slippery tiles which will lead to fracture & cost of treatment would be more than flooring cost.....A floor should be easy to identify even a needle when it fell down.....is not it..?.

i have to agree with Jon A..... best AND cheap?
if you want something good and cost effective then try laminated wooden flooring. not as expensive as real wood and they are not as cold as tiles. they are very durable and looks great with a good variety to choose from.

PVC sheets that come with many designs that looks like ceramic tiles, parquet etc. Cheap and easily removed if you're sick of the design

hmm try cost effective flooring options.... tiles, stones, cement, terrazzo mosaic. If well done all of them look very elegeant.
