The real answer you're looking for is 2.0 mL (milliliters). While it is true that you only need one sperm to fertilize an egg, that sperm needs fluid to swim in. Since everyone else just shouted "One sperm! Not semen!" I'll try to clear up what they really meant.
The components of semen are sperm and seminal plasma. Sperm are produced in the testes (testicles). Seminal plasma, is the milky fluid produced from the seminal vesicles, prostate, and bulbourethral glands.
The sperm is mixed with the seminal plasma prior to ejaculation. Once the sperm and seminal plasma are combined, it's called semen.
Now we're going to get a little more technical on the whole topic... The seminal plasma provides a nutritive and protective medium for the spermatozoa (individual sperm cells) during their journey through the vagina, cervix, uterus, and fallopian tube(s). The normal environment of the vagina is actually pretty hostile for sperm cells, because it's very acidic, viscous (thick natural fluids), and it's filled with immune cells that attack sperm cells. The components in the seminal plasma attempt to compensate for the acidity and viscosity. I don't recall which, but the seminal plasma either provides a protective shell that slides over the surface of the thick (viscous) fluids or it reacts with the fluids and makes them less viscous so that the sperm can also use the female fluids to swim up to the egg in the Fallopian Tube (that's where successful fertilization takes place - if an egg is fertilized in the uterus, it will not implant itself and it will be discharged during the woman's period). Continuing on... Basic amines (putrescine, spermine, spermidine, and a few others I can't remember) are responsible for the odor and flavor of semen, but they also counteract the acidic environment of the vaginal canal, cervix, uterus, etc. Additionally, they also protect the DNA inside the sperm from being destroyed by the acidic environment.
So, now that that's over, you're asking how much "spuzz" you need to get a woman pregnant, right? Technically, you only need a drop (maybe less). Medically, the recommended amount is 2.0 milliliters. If you go for a semen analysis (sperm count test) and you have less than 2.0 mL, you're considered to have a "below average" amount of semen and the first step is to check your hydration levels. If you're dehydrated, you'll produce less semen.
Now let's talk about pre-ejaculate or "pre-come." (Sorry about the misspelling, but the Yahoo Filter won't let me use the proper spelling.) Pre-ejaculatory fluid prepares the urethra for the passage of semen by neutralizing acidity due to any residual urine. It also lubricates the movement of the penis in the vagina and the foreskin over the glans (head of the penis). Recent studies published in the "Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics" and "Contraceptive Technology Update" found no sperm in precum. Also, the amount of reported pregnancies was ridiculously low from people who were using "coitus interruptus" (also known as "pulling out"). This is not to say that you won't get a woman pregnant if you pull out, but it reduces the chance of pregnancy. In one study, no sperm was found. In the other, only a miniscule amount of sperm were discovered and the basic finding was "that any sperm present may be ineffectual at causing pregnancy." The bigger concern with pre-ejaculatory fluid is disease. In some studies higher concentrations of sexually transmitted diseases were found in the precum as opposed to the actual semen. (Pre-come is created in the Cowper's Gland - none of the fluid created here is part of semen.)
In any case, you only need one sperm cell to get a woman pregnant. 2.0 mL of semen or more is what The World Health Organization considers a normal volume. However, in an article I read years ago, it stated that most doctors believe 2.7 mL or more is the most appropriate amount to facilitate motility (swimming) and provide optimal protection for the sperm.
Finally, in case you're wondering, a teaspoon is equal to 5 milliliters.
I hope that answered your question appropriately. And remember... While 2.7 mL is the amount that gives your sperm the best chance of fertilizing an egg, even half a drop can get a woman pregnant! So, if you don't want to get a woman pregnant, use a condom (preferably with spermicidal jelly and get her on a birth control pill).

I say about a one tea spoon. One tea spoon of semen has as much as 50 thousand sperm in it, maybe more....yes the poor swimmers die off first, leaving the females' body to choose the best sperm to fertilized her egg....only the strong survive

Technically, a microscopic amount, but the more semen, the better the chances. Hence, men with low sperm counts could have a more difficult time impregnating their spouse or lover. No amount is safe though.

No semen is needed to get a girl pregnant, but sperm is needed. Sperm can live in pre-ejaculate too.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?709q
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

Without playing games, don’t be available 100% of the time or let your life be an open book. A man that comes on too strong or doesn’t have outside interests will scare a woman away just as much as it would if the circumstances were reversed. Read here http://AttractAnyWoman.emuy.info/?88J1
Women don’t want to feel as though they are completely responsible for your happiness and that is what it feels like when the other person has no outside interests. Men who are overeager or jump when the woman says jump are the ones who are more likely to end up in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean that you should play the game of not calling for a few days; it means that you should set healthy boundaries until you both naturally find a spot for the other in your lives.

Technically just one sperm. All the rest die.
Are you sure you weren'y watching a special on turtles?
The egg only allows one sperm to merge with it, even in the case of identical twins)
Sperm aren't exactly "alive" so they can't exactly "die".
The words are "dissolve and eject".
