What does it mean when you are hugging your guy friend, and you raise your head to look at him and he stares at your lips and you stare at his and he stays that way for more than 5 seconds and pulls his head away moaning so I hug him again and he gives me a tighter hug?

Well, he seems to be torn. You can tell he is into you but there is something keeping him from going for it. This could be the thought of losing you as a friend in the future or something else. The staring at the lips is a sure sign that he wants you though. My advice is talk to him about your feelings and you may find out about his and work things out accordingly.

It means that he doesn't care for your family, especially the pet dog of your aunt and uncles. It also means that you forgot to balance your checkbook, and are possibly overdrawn. All other answers you receive will be crap typed down without any logical thoughts, unlike this one.
