I have purchased a new coilover set to lower my car... I know that you have to do the wheel re-alignment when i get this fitted, however, if later on i change the wheels, and/or want to change the suspensions height setting, do I need to redo the alignment?

i would check my wheel alignment when ever i do work on the suspension, ride height is critical, wheel diameter and size do not effect the wheel alignment, that is unless they are hugely different. hope this helps.

every time u change a suspension component or ride height either way u will need to get a wheel alignment. either that or buy new tires before u really need to. also if u hit a large bump or hit a gutter hard u should also get it checked.

An alignment gained't help you. you want to both JACK UP YOUR motor vehicle. Or placed a tire on the vehicle that isnt two times as tall because the vehicle itself. EDITED to operate I purely appeared on the %.. it would seem that that tire is purely wiped out.. no longer that it had a hollow rubbed by. nevertheless if the tires are rubbing see the first element of my placed up.

yes, you should have your wheel alignment done every time you have your wheels off, although alot of people don't bother.
