They should see it as the equivalent of their CNN, with a heavy left wing unpatriotic bias. There can be no other view.

The BBC is British, but fully multi national and have more
foreigners tuned in than Brits themselves. Perhaps not
on radio, but the Americans do appreciate BBC films, and
learn more from British acting than they do from their own,
after all, with all due respect to the non Brits, BBC acting
is a lesson to all. Thanks BBC, I live in Brazil.

I miss having satellite and being able to watch BBC. Now all I have are my BBC comedy DVDs (Red Dwarf and Blackadder) . . . I REALLY need to get satellite again!

My husband is american, and now lives here in the UK. He thinks the BBC is wonderful, and says it is a relief to see unbiased news coverage. He likes ITN too.

A 2 Weeks ago a Srilankan(Tamil, minority) parliament Member was shot dead in front of his house, but no word was spoken about this incident in the BBC.
They are very partial and purchasable
