I herd there is a way to turn on computers with the click of the mouse? Is this true? And if so how?

go under your control panel and your mouse icon and set one of your buttons on the mouse as the start up button.

by enabling "power on by PS/2 mouse" in power management section in BIOS setup. press Del key immediately when your computer turn on for inter bios setup.

If it's in standby mode... then you don't even have to click, you just touch it.
