Doll, I don't think it is just in Britain... if you are from there you should have specified... maybe say here in Britain... but I wouldn't expect the people who was rude to not just use a few more brain cells and figure it out that you weren't trying to offend anyone... anyways, I think it was a good question that was kinda funny... man boobs are everywhere.. go to the video store and rent a movie called " Super Size Me "...it is about a guy who goes on a McDonald's only diet for I think it was three months... did just as much damage to his liver - if not more - than being an alcoholic... it is interesting... oh and I like Jonneve77's answer.... that was funny.

Seriously though for those interested in that kind of thing its a quite deep reason that stems from a decline in social behaviour that over flows in to the fact that we eat too much processed and rubbish foods.

For any obvious breast enlargement in an adult male,there are two conditions-gynecomastia and lipomastia which are interlinked.They are diagnosed by palpation and also aided by investigations like mammography or ultrasonography.For example an overwight man usually has deposition of fat over chest as over his abdomen.Its called lipomastia.On other hand gynecomastia means true breast glandular enlargement like in females.Either disorders of testis or its control or excess fat(with over activity of an enzyme aromatase) leads to such condition.

All men have boobs and are as such susceptible to breast cancer. When you reach age 65 my boobs will look much better than yours. Your boobs will be flat and saggy and will flop over your big fat belly. Mine will still look like simple man boobs.

Either they are taking HRT to grow them or are just putting too much weight on.
Iv knew a bloke who used to take the female pill to grow them, downfall is that his balls stopped making c.u.m and his voice went higher.

Its probably due to the large intake of beer, which in times increases female hormone in men - creating moobs
