In a movie it seems to be basic tradition because popcorn is numerous and can last for a long time in a movie theater.The reason popcorn is used in a movie theater is because as humans we always need something to occupy ourselves in and
eating popcorn is the best way to do it in a movie.Its not really hunger but its to keep us doing something through the film.For example when you are in a waiting room at a desk you will tap something or do anything to entertain yourself.The movie will have to be really good for you to not eat the popcorn.Chips can also be used but popcorn is made really fast and is numerous as well as it can fill you up too.

I consistently get a bottle of water, some form of chocolate and the smallest bag of popcorn - the only that looks like a kiddie length. i like popcorn and that i'm no skinny minnie, yet after some million/3 is long previous, the rest is chilly, and why waste the energy and fat on chilly popcorn? via the top of the action picture the water is long previous, and doubtless one million/2 the chocolate and a few million/third of the popcorn.

It's more a tradition than anything else. Plus you can throw the popcorn at the screen if the movie sucks.

that's a really good question.. I have no idea, but another common thing now is ben and jerrys and haagen dazs having shops in cinemas as well.. And it works! I always pick ice cream over popcorn

I hate popcorn. It gets stuck in my teeth. I eat pretzel bites. And whoppers.

So people like my *** have to clean it up after they spill it everywhere and sticks to the floor and I don't get paid **** for it and it sucks.
