There is no up or down in the universe, so to say that the planets are orbiting clockwise or counterclockwise is meaningless and moot. But planets orbit the sun in the same direction as the Earth itself is spinning.

Good question: Space doesn't conform to our earthly senses. Our solar system could be on end depending on what's up and down, what's east and west to an endless space. But yes, we do go around the sun clockwise direction.

Depends on your point of view. Looking down from the north pole, counterclockwise. From the south pole, the other way.
