The other hand can sometimes hold a baton and is sometimes empty.

It depends on what they're doing! Maybe it's their day off from conducting so they're playing a little baseball. Then there might be a bat in their hand. Or maybe a nice relaxing game of golf. That might be a club in their hand. Maybe they're hungry. Looks like a sandwich to me! :-) Maybe they're signing their autograph after the show and that's a pen in their hand. Maybe they're choking me to death and there's an buttthole in their hand! ;-) LOL!
