There's a song by The Pretenders, on their "Learning To Crawl" album. It's called "Middle of the Road", and there's a line in there where Chrissie sings "I'm not the same as I used to be/I've got a kid I'm 33 baby." I really think this is the song you're thinking of, even though it's sung by a woman.
