if i make raise my head up , looking at the ceiling , then i use a cup to put water into my nose, will the water get into my lungs or my throat ( digestive system)??

your nose is connected to your wind pipe, and your wind pipe leads to your lungs.. the water will get into your lungs man!!! it may cause youa lung infection.

Use a turkey baster lean forward and turn your head to the left and put it in the right nostril and it will either come out your mouth or left nostril- reverse the process for the other nostril=You will wear the water pouring it into your nose-and probably choke-D

when your head is tipped backwards, your tongue automatically falls into the back of your throat to cover your airway to prevent things from getting into your lungs.
in addition, if some water was to get into your airway-you're body's auto immune response would be to cause you to choke and cough the water back up.
a very minimal amount of water might get into your lungs-this is called aspiration and can lead to infection which could later turn into pneumonia (most specifically caused aspiration pneumonia). this is most commonly caused by people choking on vomit or food that has accidently gotten into their windpipe. a small portion of it gets into the lungs and causes infection

Only if you swallow or inhale it. Some sinus medications are made so that you have to do just what you are asking about. It flushes out the sinus cavity. The liquid comes out in your mouth. Be careful though, it can burn like gunpowder in a bonfire.

You won't be able to swallow unless your head is in its normal position....your throat closes when you head is back, and your tongue rolls to the back of your throat. This is reflex.

if your epiglottis is open, the water goes into your lungs. if your epiglottis is closed, it goes to your stomach.
