Absolutely. If I really liked the person. The only difficulty I have ever had was dating outside of my faith. I loved the guy, but my faith in God is much more important.

Of course not -- that would be silly. There would be no chance of reproducing with another "race." The only "race" there is among humans is the entire human race -- and I would date any of those, no matter what ethnic group or culture they come from.
I am, in fact, married to a wonderful woman who grew up in a different part of the world and different culture/ethnic group from me. 15 very happy years, two beautiful kids -- wonderful :)
(it would be nice if you'd keep up on genetics, science, sociology, etc. -- "race" based on skin color and other external features of humans is a leftover 18th century term meant to divide us along arbitrary lines. Science has proven there are no such divisions genetically, and the outdated concepts of "race" are meaningless. There is just ONE human race.)
