hello, before i tell u, i just would like to know; what made you to give a statement like this? perhaps you have not visited the most happening places of India and perhaps you might have visited a small town or a village. India is not at all backward in terms of infrastructure as you can see most of the BPO forums from the US and UK have their back end operations in India and apart from this it is also called as the Brain bank of the world which made so many software companies to setup their developing centres in India. I dont think anyone (especially in corporate business) would do this unless you have enough infrastructure as it involves lot of investment.
Secondly, I do accept that most part of India has to develop in terms of infrastructure, literacy and it should not be pertained to some cities in a big subcontinent like India. Ofcourse that will happen but may be at a slow phase as everybody in this word are aware that India has such a huge population and it has to spend money on many things apart from infrastructure. India spends lot of money on our defence and BSF to assure peace both at the border and inside the country and though sometimes we develop because of the high risk of terror attack for India from intruders from Pakistan and other neighbouring countries, India losses some development which will again takes time to restore.
Finally there are so many factors both extrinsic and intrinsic which would account to these kind of misinterpretations and they include politics, social riots, heavy population, literacy and so many things. I think you dont know about India and i would appreciate that if you comment after knowing the details or else you would be called as an haphazard. In Indian cities we do not have skyscrappers for the reason that they are not officially allowed to build in India as most of the Indian cities are densely populated and the skyscrappers would hinder the free movement of the air planes. Hope this is enough (still there is lots to write) but guess you would now learn all by yourself:)

each united states of america gets pissed off with their governments and the prevalent public get hectic approximately beginning a sparkling activity; it relatively is familiar. purely you may make judgements approximately your existence possibilities; basically hear to what human beings could say then make up your very own techniques. India is backward and undeveloped as a results of fact of corruption and absence of transparency in government and church homes. sturdy rules help advance countries to be reliable. you choose anti-corruption rules; preventative rules that audit and inspect politicians and the guidelines they make. rules could be made so government taxes the rich and the church homes with the intention to pay for infrastructure, education and social welfare, pensions, and hospitals etc.

The rich get richer, the poor grow in number, this is the fact of all societies. A tall building does not make a country great or important, its people can make it important, but the structure is just an object with only an agreed upon value that is purley fictional in reality.

Because our politicians are engaged in developing their personal infrastructure and only less than 40% of money spent for infrastructure is used for development.
