Do you hook your strap on the tightest or loosest hook?
How do you know which one is the correct one?

I always make sure i get fitted with all my bras(makes a huge difference)and the bra fitter told me you should always have it on the lossest one.
You'll know it fits properly when you can comfortably place two fingers under your bra while you are wearing it.

go with which ever one feels the most comfortable, but don't be afraid to change it. I usually use the tightest set on most of my bras, but sometimes by the end of the day, I need to move them to the last set. I also have some bras that I need to use the loosest hook, even though they are tagged as being the same size as the ones I use the tightest hook on.

The elastic eventually stretches. That's why there are different ones. You start out on the loosest and move to the next one as needed

Upon buying a new bra a comfortable bra should be hooked in the middle row, provided it is a 3 row hook.

the middle one. your boobs should feel secure and in place. you don't want it too loose... or you'll feel unsupported. you also don't want it too tight or it's gonna cut off your circulation... unless you're trying to push up your boobs, then that's another story.

it all depends on how comfortable it is. try it on each one and see which feels better for you
