How do I use PHP on my site to find the ISP / Country / Location of a specific IP that I insert?

I want to know how to code it.

There are databases available on various sites like, maxmind.com or ip2location.com . These databases are known as GeoIp databases. You need to download them, and use the apis provided by these sites! There is also another module available for apache called mod_geoip. You can also try using this instead of php api's.
