what if a divorce cases is going on.?

what if wife wants to go aborad and hubby does not?if they are going through divorce then can any one of them migrate?

yes they can, but they need to provide their lawyer with a full delegation in the case and sign all the necessary papers. People are not allowed to travel in serious offenses.
