It's called "anorgasmia" and can have much to do with emotional issues between the two of you
. It is also a statistical phenomenon. That is, a type of "orperant conditioning." Anticipation of an orgasm is stimulating. If your last dozen or so episodes were not pleasurable, you will lose the excitement that comes with psychological "anticipation." That is definately a "downer!"
The first thing to do is relax! Worrying about getting an orgasm causes "performance anxiety" and that is also a "downer." Don't force yourself! Wait until you feel you need it bad enough that you are 100% sure you will reach orgasm. After a sufficent number of consecuitve successes... you will be ok!
The condition is common in women, but relatively rare in men. Therefore, I would seek medical/counseling advice just in case. Certain medications can depress your performance, ie. the SSRI class of drugs like Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, Luvox, Lexapro, Effexor, Wellbutrin. If you have taken any of these, refer to the second reference source listed below.
Good Luck

Yeah, your wife isn't an f-buddy.
This is all in your brain, and you've got some serious blockages up there to deal with. My guess is that much of it has to do with some unresolved past (or current) guilt associated with sexual relations, particularly as it relates to giving completely of yourself. You're withholding the final release because you're not worthy - something like that.
See a urologist first to make sure it's not something organic (it's not, but we're supposed to give responsible advice here). Then find a competent therapist. I'd recommend a male one over a female one, given your problem.

That seems odd.... Are you and your wife happy together? Your wife is probably feeling bad over this too. Poor lady is probably wondering what is wrong with her.
Are you feeling guilty about something? Maybe go see a Dr who can possibly refer you to a shrink.

Appearantly you are saving blowing your nut with your f**k buddies. Watch some porn with the wife. Your not capable of really loving your wife by continuing to have affairs with other women. Its time to admit that, or perhaps stop that behavior, so you can truley love your wife.

that is because u are not excited by ur wife. and probably with good reason. i bet all she does is the f*ck and nothing else. get away cuz trust me u will never be happy with her. see women just don't get it, it takes more than just spreding their legs to keep a man happy. but since u are married she just doesn't care any more

Guilt has gotten to you. And surely you make love to your wife, not F her like she was some cheap s.l.u.t.

sounds like you got some issues with your wife... maybe a psychologist could figure it out, if you went to therapy.
