Try doing an online scan and removal at this site. It does Virus and spyware.

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

This is strictly a spyware scan by the same company. It is good at trojan removal.

This could be simple to remove or it could be complicated. I would think that the horse is booting from the registry everytime you reboot your pc. There are some good programs out there. Get a copy of avg free malware remover and see if that will get rid of it. get a firewall like zone alarm and it should give you a clue where the file is when it try to access the net. I wish there was time to give you more help. I hope others will have more time to help. I`ll check back to see if you have any luck.

Go online and search for free online antivirus scanner to scan your pc. There a quite a few of them. If that does not work, download Hijack this here http://www.merijn.org/index.php
Install, run it and post the log file to the website and someone can help you. If nothing else work you may have to reformat your pc and reinstall window. That's the only sure way to get rid of all virus/spyware. Don't use AVG as your antivirus scanner, use this scanner here: http://www.free-av.com/

Hi there,

There are many infections doing the rounds lately that specifically target certain antivirus/security programs and won't allow you to install them if this infection is present.

One program which is able to bypass this and clean up your computer is Prevx1. Download and install their Free Trial which will scan your PC and remove this and any other infections free of charge.
