You better call the embassies of those countries to see if there are any courses provided under their supervision...langauge institutes usually have very poor resources and after the two years u will find that u gained nothing!

better look at the classified sections in local newspapers, u will find the cheap and good ones there . but if u like the better ones u should join a regular college and course .
