With all the hype about the liberal supposed wave and Democratic hype, in theory could the Donner party have elminated Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the power hungry democratic candidates with the confiscatory tax hikes and liberal diatribe simply by claiming they have a seriouis nutritional imbalance and persuading them to come to dinner for a political discussion as Bush did? Im told few liberals can resist a chance to convert working conservatives to a welfare type cause and that would appear to be a successfull way to elminate the problem once and for alll quickly.

The Donner's didn't eat anybody, but people in their near vicinity did. Recent historical evidence has shown this to be the case. Cannibalism as a form of political change? What's to stop conservatives from eating liberals? BTW: from a purely medical point of view, cannibalism is one of the WORST things you can possibly do. I don't think any conservatives or liberals will take you up on your idea, and that might be a good thing.

I can understand you promoting eating democrats -- as sweet and tender as they are, I'm sure they'd taste better than those tough, grisly republicans. Makes perfect sense.
Problem? What problem? We kicked the corrupt, mean, nasty, constitution-ignoring, get-the-rich-richer republicans out of office. There's no problem. :)
Oh, and by the way -- there wouldn't be a need for *any* tax hikes, confiscatory or not, if your dim-witted supply-side republicans hadn't spent us into the biggest annual deficits and national debt in history and financing their spending spree by borrowing money from foreign governments...
