No one is going to write an essay for you. That is cheating, and it is not what "homework help" is about. I suggest you get off Yahoo Answers and spend the time doing your own work.

Corruption in government from the highest levels to the lowest...you have to pay off officials to get something as simple as a taxi cab license through one of their local henchmen so it doesn't get traced back to them no doubt....terrorist encampments on the southern most island of Mindanao....all these things add to a sagging economy, no jobs, poverty and oppression...as well as a steady flow of immigrants from the Philippines..
